Any idea why the plugin only shows text, no flash? Files are up to date, tags counting roundabout 20. Even reducing the tags to 8 - no flash, only text.

Is there any possibility to see what happens (or even not)?

Sorry, solved. Have been trapped between the event and the sidebar tag plugin. After setting the event plugin's flash option everything works.

I have got the exact same problem. Activating "verwende Flash um die Tag-Wolke anzuzeigen?" won't switch the cloud to flash. Any ideas?

Hi BenD!

Yeah, have you read the whole posting that you quoted? :-) Your solution just was just one more paragraph away. :)

Oh my nerdyness... you are right. One should edit this post and transform the solution to red, huge and bold :D.

Looking at the page source everything looks OK.

Also, related tags, i.e. http://www.blogtxt.de/plugin/tag/Software work fine.

I have sent an message to the author of the swf code to see if there is a character limit...
Anything yet? I'm using this on a client's site which is using looooots of tags. Unfortunately, I can't show you an URL since they asked me to switch it back for the time being.

Of course the limits in the freetag plugin have been set to sensible values, but still, the flash cloud in the sidebar is not displayed, although the code seems to be generated correctly according to the page source. Also, the related tags cloud works just fine, it's only the sidebar flash cloud which isn't displayed.

All I can say is that it worked perfectly fine on my client's site right after the initial configuration. One or two days later, the tag cloud in the sidebar wasn't displayed any longer ...
