Uppercase - Lowercase

Hi.
First of all thanks to share S9y with all we.
I am looking for a solution of weblogs GPL to replace my installation of Movable Type.
When installing S9y from Windows, I have had problems with some file names and folders that are with capital letters...
/bundled-libs/PEAR.php
/bundled-libs/Onyx
/bundled-libs/Onyx/RSS.php
/bundled-libs/Xml
/bundled-libs/Xml/Rpc
/bundled-libs/Xml/Rpc/Server.php
/bundled-libs/Xml/RPC.php
I already fixed it in my installation.
I think that everything could be changed to lowercase.
