Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 1131 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8 (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding). Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication. 

The error was: utf8 "\xFC" does not map to Unicode

Seit Etch verwendet Debian UTF8 als Standardcodierung, davor war es ISO8859-1. Wenn nun z.B. ssh-Verbindungen zwischen UTF8- und ISO8859-Systemen gemacht werden, kommt es zu Charset-Konflikten. Das heißt: Zeichen, die nicht zum ASCII Standard gehören werden als nicht lesbare Zeichen dargestellt. 

Zudem ist UTF8 der Standard der Zukunft, und es ist sicher kein Fehler seine alten Systeme anzupassen.
