How can I add individual web pages to my blog site?

Hello,
This is my blog http://alejandrolengua.info
and as you can see on the right black box,
there are links for additional pages, that are not written yet
My question is how can I do to create and add pages to my blog,
that are not blog entries, but single pages that I could link
externally, but keeping the general style/design of the blog.
