Best way to get meta tags going?

How would I get my blog on google. I saw an option under the configure button.
You can get your blog on google by submitting your URL to google. See the Google FAQ on www.google.org.
There's also a google sitemap plugin in our plugin repository on spartacus.s9y.org , but for that to work you must first apply for a google sitemap. That is also covered in the Google FAQ.
