Change name of blog home link

I would like to change the text for the main link on my blog from "Home" to "Blog Home". Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Well, sometimes an URL could help
I don't have a "Home" on my Blog. Maybe it has something to do with the used template? Or with the language file of the used template?

Hi Todd,
sorry, i don't use this template but my guess is, that it has something to do with the language file of this template.
Have you looked into the file lang_en.inc.php inside your templae dir? Maybe there is a "Home" somewhere? Or maybe it is in the index.tpl inside your template dir?
