Clearing all entries

The best way to re-install s9y is to just delete all s9y DB tables. s9y will then recreate them again.

But, in this case you lost ALL the configs, too, or?

I have the same decission now - I have many test-entries and now I want to start the "real" blog. And it would be nice to start with entry-id *1* - but I am realy not amused, when I have to make all the plugin-configs new.

When I delete all entrys by the s9y-Admin-panel, all comments will be deleted as well, right? Then, is there realy a problem to reset the article and comments-counter? And, where are these counter stored?

Serendipity uses the MySQL autoincrement function to create those IDs. Just check out all the IDs in the tables Garvin mentioned here.
