How do I customize the look?

I want my Serendipity install to look like

Basically, I just need to know which files to edit to manage fonts, placement, layout, etc.

What is the easiest way to make this happen? Which files do I need to edit?

Are you using the current CVS version? If so, just copy the directory templates/default to templates/mystyle and adjust the files you find in that directory...

open it in textedit
index.tpl is a plain script
