fresh install of s9y 0.8.1
after setting the personal settings to either simplified chinese (gb2312 & utf-8), all the entries written in simplified chinese turned into question marks "?????"
whileas when personal setting is set to english, the entry body written in gb2312 went through correctly, however, the topic became UTF-8 code in the blog's frontpage!
has anyone else encountered similar problem? is there a way to fix it?
