Post by deathline »

I'm using s9y on godaddy blog services.Godaddy install 1.3.1 and i updated to 1.4.1 manually without any error but both of realeses working only "bulletproof" theme.When i try to use another theme front page is broken(carl_contest etc... not working, only text) but admin page working and looking correctly.

Hi!

When you change your themes, do you refresh your browser cache?

Hi!

The bottom of your page contains some bad code:

Code: Select all

</object></layer></span></div></table></body></html><!-- adsok -->
<script language='javascript' src='https://a12.alphagodaddy.com/hosting_ads/gd01.js'></script>
This does not come from Serendipity, and it breaks the CSS stylsheets. You must disable this, else you cannot use Serendipity properly.

If those ads are inserted by your provider, you must ask him to disable that or change your hosting to one without Ads.

Regards,
Garvin

Alternatively, many ad-supported providers allow you to determine where the ads will go in the page by inserting a specially formatted comment. If this is an option for you, you could modify your index.tpl to output the necessary comment at a valid location.
