Green Mile 1.1 problems

Post by hgoor »

Hi,

I like the Green Mile 1.1 template, but it doesn't work well with IE (6 and 7) and also it seems a bit off with FF 1.5 as well (all on Windoze)...

Any chance anyone will update the theme so it behaves better?

Hi!

Could you explain the troubles more exactly, maybe a screenshot or something like that? Maybe it's just removing some IE6-bugfixes...

I think I know what hgoor is on about.
What happens is that in IE. As the page opens it stops for about 20 or so seconds, then loads the rest of the page. I had the same problem with my theme. I took the tables out and made the theme pure CSS. On doing this the problem disappeared.

Sorry for the late follow up, but this is what I mean:

Now, the second one I can understand that the youtube video is too wide for the format, but that doesn't explain why all other articles look weird too, with the exception of static pages...

It's not a big issue, but I let users choose their own theme although I use the "One True Layout" as default...
