Remove "edit entry" link

Hi,

If any could help me on how to remove the "edit entry" link when Serendipity is newly installed.

To be more specific, when ever I post a new topic:
Posted by xxx at 11:24 | Comments (0) | Trackbacks (0) | Edit entry

How can I remove the edit entry link here?

Hi!

This link only shows up when you are registered/logged in; it is a convenience function and why would you want to remove that?

If you still want to remove it, edit your entries.tpl template file and search for "link_edit". There you will see the line you need to alter.
