remote rss plugin and special german karacter (äöüéèà)

Hi forum..

first sorry for my bad english.

my problehm.

the remote rss feed works fine are the spezial carakters from Gemen text dosend display corrent ! The carakter (äöüàéè) show as a "?"

This was a bug in the Remote RSS feed plugin, which should have been fixed in the current development versions.

I'd suggest you to upgrade to the latest snapshot, it should be better suited for your purposes (since you also asked for modifying Templates...)

i have take the last cvs Revision 1.15 off the rss feeder.

and the problem is the same. German charter dont displaying corrent.

You need to upgrade your whole Serendipity, it is not related to the plugin only, but to the bundled library Onyx!
