Issue with uploading new style/theme

For some reason I am not able to upload a new style for my blog. I just recently installed the blog, and have been switching through templates trying them out, and it was uploading them fine. Now it is stuck on the default style/theme. When i go into my Manage Style tab, and load a new template, it stays the same. The manager says there is another template loaded, but when i view the blog it is stuck on the default template. I have tried reinstalling and still same thing. When i go to load a new template to use, nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on the template you activated, did you try to clear your browser's cache? What's your URL?
