It seems you have also set the option "Forbid to create entries" to "YES". This effectively blocks you out of the system.
Be sure to always make sure which checkboxes/radiobuttons you activate. Re-activating your access is a bit harder and required phpMyAdmin actions. Search this forum for "no_create".

I don't know why so dangerous option is labeled only with "Forbid to create entries" and is near others. Totally nonsense.
that's bad, you will need to contact your sysadmin in that case. Without DB or FTP access you cannot fix the problem.
