Lost admin twice

Post by jso456 »

I came across this amazing blog today and I have begun to use it.

But I made the same error twice.

While changing the options I somehow made it so that the Admin page only has a very few links. All I can do is go to the weblog or sign out.

After the first time I started again thinking this is because there was no content. I added two posts and it happened again.

Please undo and tell me how to avoid in the future.

Here is the blog http://thankgoddaily.supersized.org/

Hi!

This is a supersized-related topic, so in the future please use the "supersized" forum section.

Supersized still uses an outdated s9y version. There you had the personal preference option "Allow to create entries". When you set this to "No" you will withdraw yourself all privileges to be able to manage your blog. This can only be undone by admins, that is true.

Since s9y 1.2, this option can now only be accessed through admin / group management, and you no longer have the chance to do that...

I'll try to notify Jannis so that he might be able to reset your account (setting the "no_create" DB-config value to 0 instead of 1)

Regards,
Garvin

Please, make a new update in the next days: There is a (fixed) problem with the media-library: http://board.s9y.org/viewtopic.php?t=11679&highlight=

and please, can you update the plugins as well?

yes - but there is a curious thing with freetags:

with "Zeige Tag-Vorschläge bei der Eingabe" there is no popup with the suggestions. but the suggested tags are above the whole freetag-section in the extendes options.

Any Idea? The same plugin on other, private installations works as usual with a popup.

Hi!

Check the plugins JS src setting. It loads a JS file, maybe that doesn't work on supersized?
