Serendipity 1.2 branch

Hi!
I've just moved the current SVN trunk into the 1.1 release branch (/branches/1.1), thus making the current SVN trunk be the 1.2 release version.
Commits to the 1.1 release tree will now solely be bugfixes and language updates. New features will only be committed to 1.2.
