just wanted to tell you, that you can access the newest posts in this forum via RDF:
http://www.s9y.org/forums/rdf.php?f=5&c=10
would show you the 10 newest posts in Forum #5. Adjust the params to your liking and enjoy (e.g. remove the f param in order to view posts from all forums)...

hmm there seems to be a problem with rdf feed. All 5 postings have the date and time set to the date I have received them, not when they were created.
Addionally I have received the following 5 posts as "newest":

http://www.s9y.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=1167#1167
http://www.s9y.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=1624#1624
http://www.s9y.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=1660#1660
as you can see, these postings are quite old
