Under your administration screen, find the "Configuration" option. Under the "Appearance and Options" node, there's "Is serendipity embedded?" Note to Garvin: shouldn't Serendipity be capitalized? This options points to you to the README file for additional information. That file can be found in your docs/ directory. Unfortunately, it no longer contains the relevant information: it's been moved to INSTALL_EMBEDED (sic). This is also in your docs/ directory, so your easiest way to read it will be to open your browser and type http://<serendipity host and path>/docs/INSTALL_EMBEDED in the location bar.

Hi!

Note to Garvin: shouldn't Serendipity be capitalized?

Well, actually I think each developer had it's own way of spelling Serendipity. Some uppercase it, some lowercase it, some only use s9y. I think that should be unified, yes. :)
