Can I change the color of the Entry title text? defaults to white and my preferred image has a lot of white www.youarentweird.com (please don't share still developing)

Before you get to the entry title text, you need to get a few problems solved.

First question is why are you running this in an iframe?

Second is, have you altered the theme file index.tpl?

ok - if you change your mind, let us know. Link colors, text colors, titles, etc all very easy to change.
