Hi,
I'm using 2.0 beta with a own theme.

When I write a new entry and press the preview button, I see the article with the 2k11 style sheet instead of my own. I know I had this problem once before and the solution was pretty simple, but I can't remember. Any hints?

I'm pretty sure this is a bug in 2.0. Because if I switch to another frontend theme in 2.0 and use preview, the (inline) preview references in fact the CSS files of the admin backend.
