modernize pngbehavior by template

Just one short question. Even Boilerplate 1.5 has now removed any png behaviour scripts. As trying to resume, I wondered if there is a way to get rid of S9y pngbehavior.htc by disabling the coreplugin serendipity_event_browsercompatibility automatically via ones template config.inc.php? Then I could proceed being independent from core.

It's Boilerplate 2.0, and as far as I remember, it never even used behaviour scripts. It used to include a JS solution for that, which is a little different.

I would second a motion to remove the plugin from the s9y core altogether in future versions. IE6 usage is so far down worldwide apart from China and Korea, it's ridiculous to still support this.
