Does someone provide a HTML5-Skeleton, so it is possible to simple start theming with that on s9y?

Not yet. The new default theme is supposed to be in HTML5, but unfortunately, I don't have much time to work on it lately. So, I need to dive into this one by myself, too
Some much to do, but not enough time
But at first I need a beeter resolution, building up themes with 1024x600 is not very well...
