Furthermore I'm interested to add more themes and in future plugins to spartacus. How can my employees and I easily contribute (and update) our stuff to spartacus?

Great, I've added this to spartacus, it will appear within the next 48 hours. Maybe at some point you could add an english language file, and also make the configuration items translateable through the lang_*.inc.php files? Currently the strings are hardcoded in config.inc.php...

If someone has made multiple contributions or plan to maintain a template, we can give CVS access to the repository. For that you need a SourceForge.net user account, and some knowledge with CVS/Clients?
