i couldn't find "serendipity_commentBody" in style.css,where should i find class modification file?

Your template may not necessarily style that class. Feel free to add it to your /templates/YOURTEMPLATE/style.css.

If you are using the Bulletproof template, you can add it to the user stylesheet as described in the bulletproof template options.
