CC-Plugin advertises old version of license

Post by hanno »

Hi,

The CC-Plugin, used on a s9y 1.1.2-installation, advertises this url:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/1.0/deed.de

Which should be changed to the most up-to-date version:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/

Hi!

I'm not using CC, so what previously was "deed.de" now seems to be no longer part of the URL you mentioned.

Can you tell me which URLs need to be changed to which exactly? I don't get all that stuff that can be configured in the plugin and to which URL it needs to point.

Best regards,
Garvin

"deed.de" is still part of the url - if you want to point to the german language version of the license.

Hi!

Another question, is version 3.0 fully compatible to 2.0? Maybe there are people who do not like their license upgraded to 3.0 when updating the plugin?

Regards,
Garvin

Isn't it possible to give the user the choice of the version?

I think this is the way to go.
