Hi,

I'm new to Serendipity and want to add ad code (javascript for phpAds) to my page. When I paste it into the HTML nugget, I see the code on the page, rather than the ad.

I think I have some setting wrong, but darned if I can find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Turn off WYSIWYG editor in admin options and then u can insert javascripts.

Thanks. That was my original thought before posting here. Didn't work. I've also tried removing the plug-in and replacing it, but still no luck. I no longer get the code, though. Just the blank box where the script should present.

Did you check the HTML output of your blog page? Maybe you told the HTML nugget to apply markup transformations. You must set those to "no/false", so that no HTML-escaping is done there...
