I just added a new version of the linklist plugin into CVS. This changes two things:
Added $this->protected = TRUE;
to protect config in multiuser install... thanks to verbatim for figuring out...
This adds some basic measure of protection to multiuser installs, but only if you enter links directly as xml.
Fixed bug with configuration display, some options not shown after first save.

Update should be available from spartacus and CVS in a few hours.
