Which version of the plugin are you using?

Did you configure a Server Time Zone Offset?

From the file:

Server time offset in the configuration page is set at 0. The indicated time agrees with my local time.

Thelatest version is 1.10 (plugin version "1.1") which I believe has this bugfixed

Yes, that'S right - it's a Spartacus feature that checks every 24 hours if a new er plugin exists in the remote repository than the one you have installed.

The latest 0.9 spartacus has support to select certain mirrors for the XML/File repositories.

To adapt it for custom repositories would thus be possible with some minor modifications.

But since we currently have no way of validating plugin repositories and sources, we cannot yet bundle this by default. First we have to find means of approving sources...
