help with finding plugs?

I'm looking for the "tag cloud" pluggin. I don't see it?? Also, is there a pluggin box to place small banner advertisements in BESIDES just adsense?

The tagging is done with serendipity_event_freetag which you can install either using the Spartacus plugin or downloading it manually from http://spartacus.s9y.org/ and then uploading it to your plugins/ directory.
The other plugin is called "HTML nugget" and can be installed as a sidebar plugin, it comes with Serendipity by default.
