Does anybody have a list of all event_hooks, and preferebly also their use.

More specifically, I'm looking for an event that is called after the entry has been saved to the database ...

I've also just updated the list to contain some new hooks used since 0.7...

For you, you should look into the include/functions_entries.inc.php file, the serendipity_updertEntry() function. There are many hooks, I'm sure you'll find one to use!
