Event-Calendar doesn't show up

I have another problem with a plugin: I installed the Event-Calendar but it doesn't show up on my sidebar. The permalink, on the other hand, works: http://blog.goethe.de/treitari/pages/eventcal.html

Any suggestions how I could solve this problem?

It actually does show up in the sidebar (see your blog's source code), but it's empty.

Do you already have any events in the event calendar? If not, the sidebar plugin probably simply doesn't have any data to display. You should also check the sidebar plugin's configuration – there's no title for the sidebar plugin, so you probably need to enter one. Also, there might be other configuration settings as to which range of events to display in the sidebar.

serendipity_event_cal (the inner event calendar) != serendipity_plugin_mycalendar
They are totally independent.
As you can see, the first is not designed to stick inside a 3 column layout and will possibly never be.
And it does not have any sidebar appearance, as far as I remember (and I wrote it)!

Btw, you have multiple opening a href link start tags without endings....
