guestbook 3.27 released

I updated the guestbook plugin to 3.27 - available via spartacus today.

I note this here, as I improved the backend/frontend template *.tpl files and the *backend.css (still in progress) from table to list style and be some more up to date. If you have a copy in your theme, make sure to get the new ones from the plugin folder.

As I discovered a problem updating the database from some old reactivated version, I tried to fix the sql alter update and remove procedure.
