New markup plugin

I just wrote an event plugin that converts straight quotes to smart quotes - where would I upload this to if I wanted to share it with the world?

Copy a link to it here and I'll add it to CVS. Or if your code is well I can give you a CVS account to maintain your plugin (then I need your SF.Net username)
