where/how to post new plugins?

Post by andy »

Ok, so I think I'm finished with a plugin for s9y.
Now what?
I tried zipping it and sending to the dev mail list, but the block .zip, as well as .php.

In case anyone is curious, it's just a plugin that references the random-block.php page for Gallery (a photo album program - http://gallery.menalto.com).

If you're really curious, it is what is responsible for making the random photos appear on the right side of my blog (http://www.susanandandy.com).

Thanks,
-Andy

Please post a mail to the mailinglist only containing a Link to your plugin (use service like nopaste, put it on a FTP space, ...) then we can review it.

You can also announce the plugin code here, and I'll see if I can add it to the repository. Or if you're familiar with CVS I can offer you a CVS account on SF.Net so that you can maintain your plugin on your own?

Thanks for your effort! :)

Best regards,
Garvin

Well, it's a pretty simple plugin, being that it just references a script... so I'll post the code in a separate topic...

Thanks,
