Easy Podcast plugin 1.23 "mp4 supported ?" solved

I have an mp4 video file I tired to upload to my media database and it was rejected for one of two reasons:
(1) not recognized file format
(2) too big
Does the media database support uploading mp4 or not?
It was the memory size. Went into php.ini and increased it to 10m and that did it!
great now video on my website hurray
