Was installing plugins and I think the Spartacus plugin caused this. Is there a way to fix? This was on a brand new installation.

Ok, I deleted the Spartacus plugin and everything is ok but how come this plugin created the problem? Configuration on my server? Not a biggy since I can install manually the plugins.

This notice is actually not an error message but tells you that Spartacus has successfully fetched the plugin list and saved it to your server. So now Spartacus knows which (event) plugins are available for installation.
