so far I've resolved most of my issues:)
I'd like to use w.bloggar with serendipity, unfortunately:
1. the publish function does not work. you can only make a draft.
2. I can't get a title for my posts to appear properly. What is the tag for a post title?
I thought it was <title> and </title>
but that just seems to become the first line of the blog post, and not the title.
