pagination issue version 2.3 PHP 7.22

Hi,
I'm playing with this issue the whole day and can't find a solution.
I've two eagle blogs, one in German www.blog.corcons.com/de/
The pagination is perfect here. At the English version www.corcons.com
there is a big problem. The pagination plays stupid. First the page 1 should be disabled and if you click this page one page 4 opens. Check your self. I'm glad for any tip where to look at.
