updated to version 2.3 css file is emty

Hi, the same as in version 2.3-beta1 after reload in Microsoft edge the css "serendipity.css?v=1563677762" is empty. In other browser too after you change the site or reload after a while.
Same at admin panel. I'll go back to the fix I've done before to this issue.
