“Empty” plugins

Post by yellowled »

Since upgrading to 2.2.0-beta1 (dev blog) and 2.1.1 (production), my blogs list (currently seven) “empty” plugins at the top of the list of plugins installable through spartacus. (See https://goo.gl/pFL2KX)

This does not happen for sidebar plugins, though, and they disappear if I deactivate using spartacus to install plugins. So it must be on the remote end (I use github.com for spartacus meta data and downloads).

Does anyone else experience this? Something wrong with spartacus?

Shouldn't have to do anything with you location. :)

However, three reports confirms this, so I'm going to file a GitHub issue.

It's actually a legacy issue with relics in the spartacus infrastructure dating back to the days when we used CVS instead of git. Yada yada yada, long story short – it should be fixed the next time spartacus runs, which is some time tonight.
