New theme not showing in admin suite

I created a new directory for my new theme. I only want to change the default index.tpl, so the directory only has that file inside. However, it's not showing up in manage styles under the admin suite. I've tried adding more files to my new theme directory, such as info.txt and preview.png, but nothing changes.

Am I missing something here? How do you "switch" new templates on? The theme directory is 755 and index.tpl is 644. S9y version 0.8.1.

You have to change the text of info.txt

Thanks, it worked. I swear that in 0.7, you don't need to change the info.txt. Maybe I'm just getting forgetful
