I came out with the bug.
Actually... there was some incinsistency with the serendipity_plugins table.
But what was it, even i was not able to track.
Actually, i had 2 instances of serendipity on my system. One is the development instance and other is the production instance.
In 1 it was happening and in other it was running fine.
So, i jotted out the things and did sime analysis and all.... and came to a conclusion that plugins table has some inconsistency. I cleared it and fed the data of other instance in it...... AND EVERYTHING IS OK NOW !!!
