Displaying articles in archive for weeks does not work here

Post by Harald Weingaertner »

Hello,

i have installed the "Archive" Plugin and it works just fine when displaying the entries for a specific month.

When selecting a specific week it does not work for me.

As you can see here, there are a lot of entries posted this week.

If you select the first week 2008 via http://www.onlineshopblogger.com/archives/2008/W01.html s9y does not show an entry. Is this a bug? Is it, because all entries are posted in the first week? s9y recognizes 18 articles in the sidebar, but none is shown. ?

Regards, Harald

PS: I just noticed, that the calendar jumps to Dec 2008, when calling the first week. When calling the second week (W02) the calendar shows the January 2008... Maybe there is something wrong with the first week?

Update: I checked the function on another blog and on http://blogtxt.de/archives/2008/W01.html the archive works fine for the first week ?!? Whats wrong on my blog?

Unfortunately no. I have disabled all event and all sibar plugins now, which make the make look somehow.... empty ;)

But still it does not show any articles.

Do you have another idea?

Also i use the default permalinks and settings now ..... Hmm :(

Hi!

Strange. I can'T reproduce it in any of my testing blogs. Maybe it's the template?

Negative. Same error with different Templates. What's confusing me is the jump to December 2008 when displaying the KW01/2008.

I'll wait for KW02 and see what happens. Thanks for now...

Yeah, usually that should only happen when a plugin changes the permalink patterns, when your permalinks are nonstandard or when a template changes the permalink routine.

If you want to give me FTP, I could look into it. But I'll beat you with my rythm stick if I find out it's caused by an event plugin or changed permalink patterns. ;-)
