I assume what you mean is a WYSIWYG editor.

In your s9y admin interface, go to Settings → Users → click Edit on your user → set Use WYSIWYG editor to Yes → Save. After that, you should have a different editor for your posts which enables you to do a lot of things without having to know HTML. :)
