Track exits with serendipity_event_trackexits and https Content-Security-Policy: No.

Just discovered that apparently since I introduced the HTTP Content-Security-Policy header on my site the serendipity_event_trackexits tracked external links didn't work anymore (just lead to a blank page with no redirection). Didn't want to investigate why and introduce yet another exemption, instead removed the plugin and external links work again. Just as a heads-up.
