User Registration Form

I downloaded the User Registration Form plugin but for some reason the button to send the registration does not work. Even though I believe that I have not activated the captcha part of the plugin, I get the following error message when I click the Register button:
You did not pass the anti-spam tests. Please check if you entered the CAPTCHA correctly.
What am I doing wrong?
