Is there a way to "Pin" a Blog to the top of the page so that it shows up first?

For themes that support it, you can mark a post as "sticky" and it will appear before all other posts. I believe this requires the extended properties for entries plugin, but this plugin is typically installed by default.

You can check the pin icon and it will pin it to the top of the page but with the consent of the admin.
