re-ordering Entry ?

I would like to re-ordering my entry (post) ... Is it even possible ?

Depends on what you mean by “reorder”. Like displaying the oldest entries first?

Those are three entries posted on the same day, but not in the order people are supposed to read them.
The easiest way to reorder them is to set their
time (not date, that should stay the same) in the entry editor so that they appear in a different order, meaning (for example)
* partie 1: 09:00
* partie 2: 10:00
* partie 3: 11:00
I'm just not sure if that will work for entries which have already been published.

Yes, that would work. But the first entry needs to be the latest one, so reverse the order to:
* partie 1: 11:00
* partie 2: 10:00
* partie 3: 09:00
Their time can also just be minutes apart, not hours. But the timestamp is used for ordering, usually latest entry being first on the page, as usual for blogs.
