CDN cache

Hi:
I would like to build a s9y CDN site,
A main site on server A, and CC(ContendCache ) on server B with different network in the internet,
If I can do that or any guide like this

Actually ,I want to use like geo-ip to make a ip base proxy cache for s9y site.
if anyone have suggestion for this?
